CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

You may request to cancel your process, up to 2 weeks before the date and time of the Visa Interview. Cancellations on personal issues will not be considered for Refund. Cancellation requests made will not receive a refund nor a transfer. When you register for a class and work process, you agree to these terms.

Cancellations made 30 days or more in advance of the event date, will not receive refund. If the cancellations made or any changes made from our end and if the candidate is willing to cancel then will get the refund deducting the GST and Professional Service Charges

During the Visa Interview (where applicable), if the visa is been rejected from the particular Visa Embassy then refund will not be initiated.

Manipulation with the documents.

Fake documents.

Criminal Background.

Medical Cases.

Refund will be initiated within 75 - 90 working days.

For Online Training Course, due to limited seating, we request that you cancel at least 2 weeks before a scheduled class. This gives us the opportunity to fill the class. You may cancel by phone or online here. If you have to cancel your class, we offer you a credit to your account if you cancel before the 48 hours, but do not offer refunds. You may use these credits towards any future class. However, if you do not cancel prior to the 2 weeks, you will lose the payment for the class. The owner has the only right to be flexible here.
